Submission overview
The 2026 IoT Smart Building Award recognizes connected technologies that improve how buildings are monitored, managed, maintained, and experienced. Eligible entries may support building automation, HVAC and equipment monitoring, indoor air quality, occupancy, leak detection, energy management, predictive maintenance, safety, access control, or other building-intelligence applications.
Complete the application below to submit your entry. You may submit multiple projects, products, or solutions, although each must be entered as a separate submission. Early bird pricing is available through December 11, 2026, and submissions close January 8, 2027.
Entry schedule
- Entries Open: Tuesday, November 17, 2026
- Early Bird Deadline: Friday, December 11, 2026 | $395 per entry
- Final Entry Deadline: Friday, January 8, 2027 | $495 per entry
- Winners Announced: Tuesday, January 19, 2027
Entries must be completed and paid by the applicable deadline.
Entry fees are charged at submission and are non-refundable. Customer or client identity should be included in your submission.
